  1. Xtra installation

  3. The Xtra version can be used with Director 5 or 6 and Authorware 4. 
  4. Buddy API comes in two versions - 16 and 32 bit. 
  5. These can only be used with the equivalent versions of Director or 
  6. Authorware. Place both the Xtra and the dll files into the Xtras folder
  7. inside your Director folder or Authorware folder. You should also place
  8. the budapi.hlp file in either the Director folder or the Xtras folder.
  9. The ucd and u32 files are not used in the Xtra version. If you only 
  10. downloaded the Xtra version then you won't have these files.

  13. UCD installation

  15. The ucd/u32 version can only be used with Authorware - any version.
